Welcome to Integrated Healthcare Centers!

At Integrated Healthcare Centers, our medical pain management team works hard to make sure that they uncover the root cause of the pain even if you have trouble identifying it yourself because it’s been masked for so long. With two locations to serve you better, our goal is to create a long-term, sustainable solution to your pain -- not just to temporarily -- to keep your symptoms at bay.

We offer a full array of pain management solutions and rehabilitative services including:

Our Approach

As an integrative pain relief and rehab clinic in Garland, TX and San Antonio, TX, we take a “whole person” approach with each of our patients. Wellness requires much more than just chasing down symptoms when they pop up. In addition to controlling the pain, other factors must be taken into consideration in order to achieve an optimal healthy balance.

In formulating a diagnosis our health practitioners look at lifestyle, fitness level, health history, personal preferences and a number of other factors to help them determine the best course of treatment for your particular needs.

Regenerative Medicine

Our medical facility provides platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections and stem cell therapy. Both treatment options are used in regenerative medicine. These two therapies have been found to provide complete healing, re-establish function to the damaged area and improve recovery time.

What To Expect

The process begins with an examination, which may include a thorough medical history questionnaire, x-rays, lab tests or other diagnostic tools. Once the exam in complete, we use what we’ve learned about the physical, emotional and mental impact that pain has had on your life to help us arrive at a definitive diagnosis. Then, in the spirit of a collaborative partnership, we work together with you to come up with a treatment plan that is not only beneficial to you, but one that you feel comfortable with implementing for as long as necessary.

Pain can be overwhelming, but don’t let the overwhelm stall you and take over your need or desire to address the pain in the most effective way possible.

Not sure where to start? Call the team at Integrated Healthcare Centers and make an appointment. We’re happy to talk you, and lead you, step-by-step, through the whole process of examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Don’t ignore the pain. We can help. Call and make your appointment today.
